1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GodotStudy (the "Service") at https://www.godotstudy.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

GodotStudy is an online marketplace operated by GodotStudy ("we", "us", or "our") that distributes digital products related to the Godot game engine, including but not limited to game source code, asset packs, templates, and tutorial videos ("Assets"). Some Assets are offered for free; others are offered for a fee and may be purchased through third-party payment processors (currently Waffo / Pancake Swap payment rails).

3. Account Registration

To purchase or download paid Assets, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. License and Use of Assets

Purchased or freely downloaded Assets are licensed to you for personal or commercial use in your own Godot projects, subject to the license terms that may accompany each individual Asset (typically a standard royalty-free, single-project or unlimited-project license as indicated on the product page).

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or repackage the Assets as standalone products.
  • Claim authorship of the original Assets.
  • Use the Assets in any unlawful, infringing, or harmful manner.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (currently Waffo). By placing an order, you agree to the terms of the chosen payment method. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice.

Due to the digital nature of the Assets, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents download, please contact us at 792821@qq.com and we will assist you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on GodotStudy, including the site design, logos, trademarks, and any Asset made available by the operator, is the property of GodotStudy or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Assets uploaded by third-party contributors remain the property of their respective authors.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all Assets are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GodotStudy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the effective date of the current version. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
